A new Year, a new Challenge!
From the 5th of January till the 8th, of 2017, Axelife sas unveiled its new generation smartwatch at the Consumer Electronic show in Las Vegas. Lauréat de la French iOT La Poste in 2016 Axelife sas presents a brand new concept.
Since 2010, Axelife sas designs and develops products in cardiovascular prevention with a scientific parameter of a highly added value, compared to traditional risk factors, which is the speed of the pulse wave.
After placing the medical device pOpmètre on the market, Axelife sas launches in the smartwatch, the principle is simple and it uses advanced technology.
iHeartWatch® monitors the “classic” parameters of a smartwatch (pulse, O2 concentration, number of steps, …) but also the blood pressure and arterial ageing in real time.
Arterial ageing is calculated from the Pulse Wave index a biological parameter that allows to better prevent Cerebral Vascular Accidents, Infarction, Heart Failure, Renal, failure …
iHeartWatch® will thus monitor the biological parameters and trigger an alert if these biological parameters are precursors of heart disease.
Coupled with this function, a specific sensor will record if there has been a fall and geo-localization will allow a rapid displacement of the rescue if the alerts have not received a signal from the user.
Axelife sas is one of the 15 start-ups out of the 275 that were visited on 5 January by the Minister of Economy and Finance Mr Michel Sapin and Mrs Axelle Lemaire the Secretary of State in charge of digital, at the stands during CES.
Magid Hallab, CEO of Axelife sas pitched in front of investors of the French Village on January 5 within the framework of the session on connected health.
And as sometimes you have to go far to find people geographically close:
Meeting with the Mayor of Angers, Mr Christophe Béchu at the Pays de la Loire party in the chic Hotel Paris in Las Vegas.
And it goes on for the second day on Friday the 6th of January when we wake up!
Eddy Dadyan, market developper, pitched for iHeartWatch® at the “One Billion Dollars” session in front of North American accelerators on the French Village which have a potential investment of more than one billion dollars : 2m30 with maximum challenge !!!
